Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in hotels of different standard from
** up to ***** star hotels.
At such areas as Baikal or Altai, due to absence of
sophisticated means of accommodation, tourists are
offered private guest
– houses, campings.
In some cities very popular now is home - stay with families. Meals
are provided either
in hotels or
in city restaurants and caffees downtown according
to the best convenient program
of stay. Those who stay in private lodgings can
have meals (half or full board) in
families on agreement with them.

Booking of tickets
According to the regulation in
Russia train and plane tickets are booked long in advance at
45 day period prior to departure. Cost
of tickets and
terms of their purchase are
regulated by the authorizing
train or plane companies.

Meals on trains
We provide meals
for group tourists on long - distance trains on
your requests at
30 days period prior to departure by
train. Dining cars
of trains serve
full board to tourists on
the menu agreed with the staff of the train long in advance.

Bus / van / car services
Autotransport services are
offered in accordance of a tourist group
size. Buses are equipped
with air - conditioners
and microphones. They are hired as best available; in some cities the
standard of the transport facilities
are not significant enough to
meet the clients' requirements,
but the situation is
improving.

Transfer services
Transfer is provided by bus and a guide from airport /
railway station to
hotel and back. Groups are
taken care by the knowledgeable staff speaking foreign languages.
Most of buses are not supplied with
the luggage store
space, so the luggage is
delivered by a special crew
and transport apart
from a group.

Excursions and other sport, cultural,
social events
Any standard excursion is
confirmed to travel companies. Excursions
are provided in
a bus, van by the professional
guides speaking foreign languages.
In most of cities museums
are not included into city tours, they
are separately arranged
excursions with entrance fee included. Concerts, sports
matches, participation
in holidays are confirmed on the dates of the events previously discussed.

Guides' and interpreters'
services
As a rule guides speak
at least one foreign language,
they are well trained specialists.
Due to big distances and
different aspects of
tourist services a
guide is not just an "excursion provider" but also a service coordinator
on tour with clients. Main languages our guides speak:
English, German, Japanese,
French, Spanish, Chinese,
Korean.

Visa invitation
Our travel firm
is authorized to
provide travel companies
with tourist visa
invitation to Russia.
In case of emergency it
is sent within two days on the travel company
request.
Besides
tourist visas to Mongolia are also possible to
arrange with us in Irkutsk.
